Come and join us for an evening of tasting and learning about Alpine-style cheese.

Most people who think of Alpine Cheese, think Swiss - the cheese with the holes - or Comté and Gruyère.

​

We want to broaden your understanding and experience of Alpine cheese. We will explore the tastes, aromas and textures found in cheese not only made in the true Alpine region, but also around the world, such as right here in the USA. 

​

In addition to tasting Alpine cheese, and sipping complimentary wine and eating hors d'oeuvres, we will also discuss what makes an Apline an Alpine cheese.
