The basic pleasures of life can be so rewarding. Join us for a Beer & Cheese pairing evening, to show how even the simplest beer can shine with the right cheese compliment.
We will pair four selected cheese with four distinctly different beers:
• the classic French Alpine-style 18 month Comté
• the semi-aged goat log Buche Rondin
• the well balanced blue from Auvergne, France, the Fourme d'Ambert
• the full-on stinky yet creamy washed-rind Époisses.
We will be pairing with beers available at the wonderful Craft Beer Cellar in Roslindale. But what beers will we pair with each? Come and find out!
As usual we will have complimentary hors d'oeuvres, crackers, and good company.
