Milk, Microbes and the Fight for Real Cheese

Doors will open at 4:30 pm. There will be an opportunity to talk to Bronwen & Francis Percival, and to pick up a copy of their book during this period. The reading, discussion and questions will run 5 pm - 6 pm. There will be a cash bar from 6 - 7pm for further interaction and discussion.
