Goat Cheese Tasting and Exploration
Thursday April 20th 6-8 pm
Goat Cheese was probably the first type of cheese ever intentionally made - over three thousand years ago in the cradle of civilisation, the Assyrian Empire.
Modern day goat cheese spans a wide variety of styles, forms and tastes, and is no doubt unrecognisable from that early, original goat cheese.
Join us as we explore and explain the ins and outs of goat cheese over an evening:
• the taste
• the different methods of manufacture
• the milk and how it impacts cheese making
We will have samples of goat cheese to eat and to help illuminate our discussion.
As usual we do this while sipping complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres.
