Stilton, Colston Bassett & Neals Yard Dairy Recipe
Description: Colton Bassett Stilton: Classic English Blue. Strong, but not spicy. Soft, but not overly creamy. Stilton hits all the right points. Our Stilton is from the Colton Bassett Dairy in the English Midlands, made using an old recipe for Neal's Yard Dairy, where the piercing for the blue is later - allowing a less punchy taste.
We think it's the best Stilton around, and we think you'll agree.
Price is per 0.5 lb.
All of our cheeses are cut and wrapped on order in 0.5 lb increments. We wrap them carefully in our double-lined cheese paper, which allows the cheese to breathe.
