Ewenique

Description: Rolling all the way from the Central Coast of California, in Paso Robles, in the Ewenique. A Gouda made from sheep milk, gives this a slight creaminess and crunchyness, without much of the tangyness that one can often find in sheep milk. Definitely worth a spot on the cheese board, and most definitely.... unique.

All our cheese are cut and wrapped on demand in 0.5 lb increments. We wrap them carefully in our double lined cheese paper, which allows the cheese to breathe. If the cheese stays wrapped tightly in your home refrigerator, it will provide a lifetime of a couple of weeks after arrival.
