Be clear, this is not a supermarket 'Parmesan' - this is the real deal, used on tables throughout Italy. Hints of warm butter, fresh fruit and nuts come through in this 24 month aged cheese. This Parmigiano Reggiano has a slightly sweet (but not sugary) taste and has the perfect balance between crumbly and grainy.

All our cheese are cut and wrapped on demand in 0.5 lb increments. We wrap them carefully in our double lined cheese paper, which allows the cheese to breathe. If the cheese stays wrapped tightly in your home refrigerator, it will provide a lifetime of a couple of weeks after arrival.
